Dr. Deffinis office staff are super friendly, professional, helpful, and prompt. I appreciate that they take care of all my insurance paperwork for me, so I can focus on what matters. And the entire office is spotless and modern.
With an attention to detail I'd never experienced before. Dr. Deffinis is patient and listens to your concerns thoroughly. When he was starting the root canal, he made sure to talk me through the procedure step-by-step, and continually checked in to make sure I was comfortable and free of pain.
I have super sensitive gums and Dr. Deffinis sure knows how to handle that. I appreciate all their staff and especially Dr Definnis....with the pulling of my tooth today and root canal.... super nice and attentive.... I recommend him 100%

Dentist likes to push crowns even when they are not necessary. They just started a practice where if you have to cancel within 48 hours you have to pay $25.00. but you know, no one paid me for the extra half an hour I waited in the waiting room for my appointment. I will say though that my Hygienists, Kimberly, was extremely nice and did good work.
